Ponder
30I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. (Psalm 69:30 NIV)
Pose

Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that you can be a more thankful person.
Proclaim
Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share a few things that you are thankful for with your family members over dinner.
