When I was a kid, I looked forward to reading Sunday newspapers. News headlines wouldn’t capture my initial attention, but I was drawn to read Ripley’s Believe It or Not. As a child, I haven’t found anyone or anything that strange before.
The amazing news of healing and preaching of Jesus Christ spread around like wild fire. A soldier heard about it. His servant was sick and he went to Jesus for help. Jesus commended his faith and stated that He had not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. Let’s ponder the words of Jesus.
Ponder
10When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. (Matthew 8:10 NIV)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Dear Jesus, could my faith grow stronger?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that your faith in Jesus Christ will continue to grow.
