Magnificent Skills (i365 Day 245) 2.0

I like architecture, craft and engineering. Without ingenious ideas and magnificent skills, great buildings, furniture, machineries and artworks would not have come into existence.

Every person is unique and everyone is born with some natural skills and talents. Therefore, we must fully utilise our skills and talents. As God’s people, we are bestowed with spiritual gifts. God wants us to utilise our skills and spiritual gifts to the fullest, for the benefit of others.

Let’s ponder the words of Exodus 31.

Ponder

1Then the Lord said to Moses, 2“See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, 3and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— 4to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, 5to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts. (Exodus 31:1–5 NIV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Dear Jesus, could You teach me how to utilise my skills and spiritual gifts?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that you can wisely utilise your skills and spiritual gifts.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share your new experience with a new convert.
