Slippery When Wet! (i365 Day 209) 2.0

Numerous drivers ignore road signs. It was drizzling, but a driver carelessly drove without paying attention to the slippery when wet warning sign. Here what’s happened to him, his car spun around and hit a tree. Although he was unhurt, he totaled his vehicle.

The Bible is full of warning signs. Church leaders and pastors are all responsible of making these warnings known to their congregations and non-churchgoers. As a faithful pastor, Paul warned his flock of believers. Let’s ponder the heartfelt speech of Paul.

Ponder

31Therefore be alert, remembering that night and day for three years I did not stop warning each one of you with tears. 32And now I entrust you to God and to the message of his grace. This message is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. (Acts 20:31–32 NET)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Could You warn me beforehand when there is an imminent danger lies ahead of me?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that you can heed God’s warnings well.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share your experience with a Christian.
