A little Scottish girl was trudging along, carrying a boy as big as herself. A bystander remarked that he must be heavy for her to carry. Her immediate response was “He isn’t heavy. He’s my brother.” Some people romantically linked this story with the once very popular song “He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother”, but no one knows whether it is true or not.
