During the darkest days of COVID-19 lockdown, many people were completely isolated from their loved ones, colleagues and friends. The saddest scenarios were families couldn’t attend the funerals of their loved ones. Because of COVID-19, many weddings had to be cancelled or scaled down. All in all, regrettably, many frustrated individuals couldn’t attend solemn and joyous occasions.
As for humans, we are limited by space and time, but God is omnipresent, that is to say, He is not bound by time and space. It is a comforting truth because He is never far away and can come to help us anytime. As God is present everywhere, it means He is in control of everything. Let’s ponder the reminder of the psalmist.

7I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! 8If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. 9If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, 10even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. (Psalm 139:7–10 NLT)
