The Humble Beginning of a Hero (i365 Day 150) 2.0

Let me ask you the following questions:

Do you have royal blood?

Are you born in a palace?

Do you receive your education in one of the elite universities in the world?

As normal folks, most of us have humble beginnings.

The beginning of Moses was humble but God raised him up as the key leader of Israel. If God is willing, He can do the same thing to us! Let’s ponder the story of Moses (Exodus 2).

Ponder

1Now a man of the tribe of Levi married a Levite woman, 2and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. When she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him for three months. 3But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. (Exodus 2:1–3 NIV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Could You raise me up and use me to Your glory?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Ask God to raise you up and use you to His glory.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share with a Christian how God raised you up and used you for His glory.
