People judge others by appearance. Individuals make their decisions based on their past experiences. I am not saying it is right or wrong, but it is just a natural human inclination. As for the above reasons, humans often misjudge people and make bad decisions. On the contrary, God doesn’t judge people by their appearances because He knows our hearts. As God is all-knowing, He knows everything and everybody inside out. Let’s ponder Acts 1:24–25.
Ponder
24And they prayed and said, “You, Lord, who know the hearts of all, show which one of these two you have chosen 25to take the place in this ministry andApostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.” (Acts 1:24–25 ESV)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Lord, I don’t know how to decide on this matter. Can You grant me the wisdom to make the right choice?”
Practice
