He Cares (i365 Day 151) 2.0

Everything changes; it is a statement that we shouldn’t take it lightly. We have heard numerous stories about the ever-changing realities of life. With tears in her eyes, a maidservant told a believer that she came from a prosperous family, and she had lost everything, including all of her loved ones during one of the most turbulent times in her country’s history. Thankfully, she came to know Christ as her Lord and Saviour. Although she had gone through the darkest hours in her life, she came to realise that God cared for her.

Despite the fact that we are living in a stormy world, the Bible ensures us that God cares for us at all times. Let’s ponder Exodus 2:23–24.

Ponder

23During that long period, the king of Egypt died. The Israelites groaned in their slavery and cried out, and their cry for help because of their slavery went up to God. 24God heard their groaning and he remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob. (Exodus 2:23–24 NIV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Do You still care for me?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Whatever situation you are in, ask God to show you that He still cares for you.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Encourage a believer with your experience.
