Villains aren’t associated with mercy. Being merciful, tyrants regard it as a weakness. Dictators cannot find mercy in their dictionaries. But, in the realm of God’s people, being merciful is a must attitude, together with action, is what we must nourish.
At the cross of Jesus Christ, God extends His merciful acceptance and love to all of us, and for this very reason, there isn’t any excuse for Christians not being merciful. Let’s ponder the reminder of Jesus Christ.
Ponder
7Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. (Matthew 5:7 NKJV)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Could You teach me to show mercy to those who ill-treated me in the past?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that you can grow in mercy every day.

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share your story of growing in mercy with a friend.
