Like many countries around the world, Canada is experiencing an aging population. Healthy eating, sensible exercise and cosmetic products might decelerate the process of aging, but it is a reality that all humans have to face.
As we age, we have to check on our physical and emotional health. Moreover, we have to pay attention to our character formation. We might grow old as a grumbler, but we can choose to end up as a gracious senior. The choice is ours to make. Proverbs 16:31 speaks of godly seniors. Let’s ponder this Bible verse.
