Numerous shoppers are crazy about reward points! It gives them strong motivations to earn and accrue reward points. Although I don’t shop much, I am still intrigued by its benefits.
As a follower of Christ, we will have rewards as well. Here are the benefits of rewards for sincere God’s workers: once you have become a believer and start serving God, you will be able to gain heavenly rewards! Also, if we rightly respond to God’s teachings, we would receive our earthly reward. Let’s ponder the words of Jeremiah.
Ponder
16The Lord says to her, “Stop crying! Do not shed any more tears! For your heartfelt repentance will be rewarded. Your children will return from the land of the enemy. I, the Lord, affirm it! (Jeremiah 31:16 NET)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Can You help me to deal with my sins with heartfelt repentance?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Once you knew your flaws, ask God to help you to deal with your sins with heartfelt repentance.
Proclaim
Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share the story of your heartfelt repentance with a good Christian friend.
