It’s true that nobody can live on earth forever, but the nature of life is unending. The theme of eternal life is evident in the Bible. Life will go on forever is a fact. There are two kinds of eternal life: one is with God forever, and the other is a godless eternity. TheApostle Paul reminds believers in Christ to live godly lives, and they will enjoy eternal life is a truth that they should bear in mind. Let’s ponder Paul’s words.

1This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an Apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to proclaim faith to those God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives. 2This truth gives them confidence that they have eternal life, which God—who does not lie—promised them before the world began.
