Read and Keep (i365 Day 67) 2.0

Some people sarcastically say, “Laws are meant to be broken!” Well, according to my own experience, ever since I was a schoolboy, I was informed to abide to rules and laws. I reckon rules and laws are beneficial to the society and citizens.

As a Christian, I truly believe the benefit of Bible reading. Most crucially, it’s not just reading the Bible, but also keeping its teachings. Let’s ponder the words of the psalmist (Psalm 119:145-152).

Ponder

145With my whole heart I cry; answer me, O Lord! I will keep your statutes. (Psalm 119:145 ESV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Lord, can You help me to keep Your teachings?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Pay attention to the scripture verses that you read and live it out in the coming days.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. If you have the chance to talk about I365; Bible Reading with someone, tell them about the benefit of reading and keeping God’s teachings.
