Satan or the Devil is the greatest enemy of God. He is a fallen archangel and he has numerous fallen angels or demons to back him up. He rages a war against God and His people. Spiritual warfare is real and we shouldn’t underestimate the seriousness of it. As a pastor, I have seen many church leaders and believers succumbed to the spiritual battle. Let’s ponder God’s Word.
Ponder
16In every situation take the shield of faith, and with it you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. (Ephesians 6:16 HCSB)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Dear Lord Jesus, how can I have a stronger faith?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray for a stronger faith and ask God to shield you from all the flaming arrows of Satan.
Proclaim
Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. If you have overcome a minor or major victory over evil temptation, grab an opportunity to share with a brother or sister in Christ. This is how you can edify others.
