When my then girlfriend (now wife) was away with her girlfriends for a long trip, I couldn’t stop thinking about her every day. I worried about her safety, and my anxious thoughts about her were turned to prayers.
It’s natural for us to think of something or someone that we love all the time! As a pastor, I always encourage people to read the Bible. After all these years of ministry, I realize that if believers and non-believers don’t love to find out more about God, it’s futile to encourage them to read the Bible.
The psalmist loves to know more about God. Let’s ponder his words (Psalm 119:97-104).
Ponder

Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “God, is there a way for me to deepen my love for Your Word?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray for the deepening of love for God’s Word.
Proclaim
Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. As means to encourage a new believer, share your love for God’s Word with him or her.
