After an exciting movie night with his friends, would he be completely satisfied? Following an exotic dinner with her boyfriend, would she be satisfied for the rest of her life? The answer to the above questions is plain and simple: no!
According to the French mathematician and philosopher Blaise Pascal, “There is a God-shaped vacuum in the heart of every man which cannot be filled by any created thing, but only by God the Creator, made known through Jesus Christ.”
Psalm 22:26 talks about God is the source of our satisfaction. In the New Testament, Jesus Christ has revealed to us that only He can satisfy our hearts. Let’s ponder the words of Psalm 22:26.
Ponder
26The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the Lord will praise him— may your hearts live forever! (NIV)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Lord, how I can find satisfaction in You?”
Practice
Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray to God and ask Him to touch you in a special way so that you can experience spiritual satisfaction.

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share your experience with a fellow colleague.
