Bearing Fruits (i365 Day 10) 2.0

I don’t have a green thumb but I admire those who are good at gardening. Good gardeners can bring magic to their gardens. After years of hard work, flowers begin to blossom and fruit trees start to bear fruits.

As believers of Christ, we are like fruit trees, thus bearing spiritual fruits is natural. Let’s ponder God’s Word.

Ponder

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. (Galatians 5:22–23 ESV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Lord, which kind of spiritual fruit do You want me to bear?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Submit to the prompting of the Holy Spirit is a means to bear spiritual fruits.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. As you could bear the fruit of God’s Spirit, thank God in the presence of other believers.
