To those who know me well, they know I don’t like rainy days! Gloomy days drag me down! However, I always have hopes of brighter days lying ahead of me. Despite the present horrible situation, brighter days will eventually come.
The poet of Psalm 131 encourages his compatriots to put their hope in God because He is the source of their brighter future. Let’s ponder God’s Word.
3 O Israel, put your hope in the Lord— now and always. (Psalm 131:3 NLT)
Let’s pose a question to God. “When will my dark days end?”
Let’s practice what you learnt. Remember God is your unchanging hope in life.
Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share with others how you experience God as the living hope.
