Quite a lot of folks say, “Politics is all about compromising.” According to my observation, there’s a truth in it. Ideally, the goal of compromising is for a win-win situation. Apart from the political arena, many individuals always want an “I win, you lose” situation. When it comes to dealing with various problems, for sure we would have different responses, but we should learn to work for a win-win solution.
Church ministry isn’t about “my way or the highway”. Paul states that he longs to see the Roman Christians so that he can bless their spiritual lives. However, he is sure that their future meeting will be mutually beneficial. Under one roof, believers within a congregation should mutually edify one another, and that’s the essence of Christian fellowship.
Let’s ponder the words of Paul.

11I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong— 12that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith. (Romans 1:11–12 NIV)
Pose
Let’s pose a question to God. “Could You teach me to find a win-win solution at work and at church?”

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share your experience with a church leader.
