What’s the difference between knowledge and wisdom? Here’s a good definition of wisdom: the ability to judge soundly and deal cleverly with facts. Definitely, there are knowledgeable intellectuals around the world, but not all of them can be considered as wise. Many intellectuals have attained great knowledge but they might not have a great deal of wisdom. In simple terms, people with wisdom would have the capacity and the power to make use of their knowledge.
The psalmist speaks of the many benefits of God’s Word. Divine revelation illumines a person who are not experienced in the realities of life to gain wisdom. Let’s ponder the words of the psalmist (Psalm 119:129-136).
