Godly Ancestry (i365 Day 180) 2.0

More and more individuals want to know their own family tree; for this reason, many folks go for genetic testing. Also because of this, business people make use of genetic genealogy to make a lot of money.

Would you be surprised if you happened to have royal blood? Do you have godly ancestry? It is blessed to have godly ancestors. You might not have a godly ancestry, but you can become a godly ancestor of your descendants. Let’s ponder the godly ancestry of Moses.

Ponder

2God also said to Moses, “I am the Lord. 3I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the Lord I did not make myself fully known to them. 4I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, where they resided as foreigners. 5Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant. (Exodus 6:2–5 NIV)

Pose

Let’s pose a question to God. “Could You mould me to become a godlier person?”

Practice

Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray for the determination to become a godlier person.

Proclaim

Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share with a believer your aspiration of leaving a godly inheritance to your descendants.
