Food Wastage! (i365 Day 329)

Although I seldom go out to eat, I often observe many adults and children wasting their food. If they didn’t like what they ordered, they just left most of the food untouched. When I was growing up, my parents, grandmother and elders often reminded me not to waste food. Since they had gone through the Second World War and tough times, they truly appreciate having food on dinner tables every day.
Shortly before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, one of the visible signs is famines. Food shortages will happen everywhere. Although we cannot stop future events from happening, we can make some positive moves before getting there. The first thing is to do your part to eliminate global warming. The second thing is don’t waste food. Let’s ponder the prophecy according to Jesus Christ.
Ponder: 7And when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. This must take place, but the end is not yet. 8For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places; there will be famines. These are but the beginning of the birth pains. (Mark 13:7–8 ESV)
Post: Let’s post a question to God. “Dear God, can You help me to cut down food wastage?”
Practice: Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray that you can cut down food wastage.
Proclaim: Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share with a friend your attempt of cutting down food wastage.
