No Think-tank! (i365 Day 188)

Famous entrepreneurs and leaders often make headline news. Oftentimes, we don’t pay any attention to the silent heroes behind these prominent figures. Don’t forget their think-tanks greatly contribute to their success and fame. On the contrary, the greatest Architect, Maker and Ruler of all creation, He doesn’t need to have any think-tank!
Theologians, including many others, have tried very hard to give explanations to suffering and current events, however, most of us are not satisfied with their analyses. As human wisdom and knowledge are limited, we simply cannot understand the mind of God. Let’s ponder the teaching of Paul.
Ponder: 33Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! 34“Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?” (Romans 11:33–34 NIV)
Post: Let’s post a question to God. “How could I better understand Your plan for me?”
Practice: Let’s practice what you learnt. Pray for the humility and wisdom of understanding God’s mind.
Proclaim: Let’s proclaim to others about your experiential knowledge. Share with another Christian your experience of learning God’s mind.
